We like to think that we offer a quality service that is second to none and we feel that it is important for our customers to know why we have chosen only to valet vehicles at our purpose-adapted premises.

Mobile valeters are limited to the equipment, chemicals and materials they carry. As we are based in an established workshop you can be assured that we'll have the right equipment and materials to get the job done every time:

High Quality Cleaning

• Mobile pressure washers usually have domestic specifications and do not have the same cleaning power as the industrial strength of our steam cleaners. Mobile valeters may use *your COLD* water and electricity - the *HOT* water and electricity used by our machines is included in the price.
  
  
• Mobile valeters do not have the ability to *steam clean engines* or *wheel arches* so cannot offer the same level of service.
  
  
• Under-cover steam cleaning, heated workshops and an air compressor for drying vehicles ensure the high quality of our valeting *whatever the weather*. Polish applied in damp conditions is ineffective and will need re-doing much sooner.

Environmentally Friendly

• Kens Valeting Ltd is *Anglian Water Authority Approved* - which means the waste from all the washes goes through appropriate traps and does not pollute the environment. We only use biodegradable chemicals that are most effectively activated by *the HOT* water that our machines use - mobile valeters mostly use *COLD* water so even if they use biodegradable chemicals the process will not be as effective. ( Would you do your household washing in cold water? )

Permanent, established business

• Using an *established, family run business* that has been around for over ten years has many benefits over a mobile valeter - all our staff are fully employed and insured as opposed to sub-contracted, self employed individuals.
